All VPS servers are hosted at our secure Maidenhead datacentre facility.

You can either reboot it, reinstall the operating system or restore from a recent backup you have made.
All VPS servers come with IPtables enabled by default. We encourage all customers to ensure they configure their firewall appropriately and to keep their system software up to date.

Yes! All you need to do is login to the client area and select your account – from here you can then upgrade your package. All upgrades are instant and there is no need for your server to reboot.
Provided that payment is received for your new upgrade, upgrades take place instantly on your VPS. There is no need to reboot your server as new resources such as hard disk space and RAM are allocated dynamically.
We have invested heavily in our automation infrastructure and privately own all of our hardware, which helps to keep costs down.
Currently our platform does not support Windows Server Operating Systems.
