Where are your VPS servers physically located?

All VPS servers are hosted at our secure Maidenhead datacentre facility.

What can I do with my VPS?

You are in complete control of your VPS, so you are free to customise and tweak to your particular application requirements. Host multiple websites, host Ruby on Rails applications or install your own custom software. The choice is yours.

What if I break my VPS?

You can either reboot it, reinstall the operating system or restore from a recent backup you have made.

Can I firewall my server?

All VPS servers come with IPtables enabled by default. We encourage all customers to ensure they configure their firewall appropriately and to keep their system software up to date.

Can I host an e-commerce site?

You sure can. As you are in complete control of the server you are free to host whatever type of website you wish.

Can I host adult material?

No. Hosting of such adult material is strictly prohibited under our web service terms.

Do you sell domains?

Yes! Our domains start from as low as £2.99 a year.

Can I buy an SSL certificate from you?

Yes! You can purchase SSL certificates from as low as £10/year.

Can I upgrade my package later on?

Yes! All you need to do is login to the client area and select your account – from here you can then upgrade your package. All upgrades are instant and there is no need for your server to reboot.

How long does an upgrade take?

Provided that payment is received for your new upgrade, upgrades take place instantly on your VPS. There is no need to reboot your server as new resources such as hard disk space and RAM are allocated dynamically.

Why are your prices so low?

We have invested heavily in our automation infrastructure and privately own all of our hardware, which helps to keep costs down.

Do you offer Windows?

Currently our platform does not support Windows Server Operating Systems.
